Your account, your choice.

This is the public route for requesting deletion of a PEPSTAX account and the personal information associated with it.

How to request deletion

Email support@pepstax.app from the email connected to your PEPSTAX account.
Use the subject line Delete my PEPSTAX account.
Follow the verification instructions we send. Do not send a password, government ID, or medical records by ordinary email.

What will be deleted

Once verified, deletion will include the PEPSTAX account, profile information, user-entered protocols and routines, tracking entries, measurements, notes, and other content associated with that account, subject to the limited retention described below.

Timing and confirmation

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will send confirmation when the request is complete or contact you if more information is reasonably needed to verify or process it.

Limited retention

Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping. If this applies, we will explain the category of information retained, the reason, and the applicable retention period.

In-app deletion

When PEPSTAX account access launches, users will also be able to initiate account deletion from inside the app. This public page will remain available for users who cannot access or reinstall the app.
