Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using PEPSTAX, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use PEPSTAX.

Educational and organizational purpose

PEPSTAX provides educational, organizational, calculation, and personal tracking tools. It is not a healthcare provider or medical device, does not establish a clinician-patient relationship, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

PEPSTAX does not determine what you should take, recommend a dose, prescribe treatment, or confirm that a product, protocol, or routine is safe or appropriate. Review the Health & Safety page before using the service.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You may not share credentials or use another person’s account without permission.

Your information and inputs

You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of information you enter. Outputs depend on those inputs and may be incorrect if values, units, labels, or records are incomplete or wrong. Independently verify information before acting on it.

Acceptable use

You may not use PEPSTAX to:

• Violate a law or another person’s rights;
• Provide unlicensed medical care or prescribe treatment;
• Interfere with, probe, or bypass service security;
• Upload malicious code or misuse automated access;
• Misrepresent PEPSTAX outputs as medical advice; or
• Copy or commercialize protected content without permission.

Educational content and third parties

Educational content and third-party sources are provided for general information. Evidence evolves, and content may be incomplete, outdated, or inapplicable to an individual situation. Third-party services, links, or store platforms have their own terms and practices.

Subscriptions and store billing

If paid features are offered, the price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal details will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions purchased in a mobile app may automatically renew and will be billed, managed, canceled, and refunded through the Apple App Store or Google Play under the applicable store terms.

Ownership

PEPSTAX, its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by PepTalk LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service as intended.

Availability and disclaimers

PEPSTAX is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, complete educational content, or a particular health, research, or performance outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepTalk LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use PEPSTAX. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.

Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect PEPSTAX, users, or legal compliance. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion through the Delete Account page.

Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
